Here are some errors when customers use MB Star Diagnosis Tool MB CD C4, these errors are solved by uobdii engineer, this blog will show you solutions.
Error List:
- Internal error: (2.75)-3.175
- Internal Error (3.17)-3.175
- “This software does not accept more hardware changes
- [2221-45] No access authorization for XENTRY Diagnostic was found on the server
- Fault (30.4) DAS license expired; DAS now will be closed

System error(s)
Internal error: (2.75)-3.175 Please
Contact the Star Diagnosis Call Center.
Solution#1-1:
- Firstly, reinstall Xentry Diagnostics, and then apply the Xentry Fix.
- After that, apply the Xentry Black List Fix, and then apply the Xentry Pics Fix.
Solution#1-2:
- Close the application Xentry
- Delete file name times. properties
- Located c:\USERDATA\config\xentry\
- properties. ORIG from uninstalled application folder
most probably from Programme / xentry / bin and then Past in c:\USERDATA\config\xentry\
- Rename times. properties. ORIG

Solution #2-1
Make sure the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\LicDir\lic_key_2.dat file is NOT set to read only, and completely disconnect from the internet.
Solution #2-2 (require internet connections for work)
- Copy C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\LicDir\lic_key_2.dat to the desktop
- Rename it to lic_key_2.x4711
- Copy it back into the directory. make the lic_key_2.dat file NOT read only, make the lic_key_2.x4711 file READ ONLY.
This seems to keep the nasty error from returning, but still gives the long time for Xentry to close error.

Solution #3
- Delete the file “lic-key-2” and “x4711” if you have activated your DAS Xentry
software.
- Re-activate the Xentry after delete these files
- If the error still exists, you have to send your hard drive back to repair.

Solution #4
- Browse to C:\Mercedes-Benz\Xentry\fusoko\eclipse\plugins folder
- Delete daimler_xentry.diagservice_1.6_0.2016.07181047 file.

- Open “STAR UTILITES” on desktop.
- Provide DAS ID to our customer service. We will send back the Starkey to re-activate the DAS software.
