Mercedes MB SD C4 XENTRY Error Collection (Solved)

Here are some errors when customers use MB Star Diagnosis Tool MB CD C4, these errors are solved by uobdii engineer, this blog will show you solutions.

 

Error List:

  • Internal error: (2.75)-3.175
  • Internal Error (3.17)-3.175
  • “This software does not accept more hardware changes
  • [2221-45] No access authorization for XENTRY Diagnostic was found on the server
  • Fault (30.4) DAS license expired; DAS now will be closed

 

Error Message #1

System error(s)

Internal error: (2.75)-3.175 Please

Contact the Star Diagnosis Call Center.

 

MB-SD-C4-XENTRY-error-01

Solution#1-1:

  1. Firstly, reinstall Xentry Diagnostics, and then apply the Xentry Fix.
  2. After that, apply the Xentry Black List Fix, and then apply the Xentry Pics Fix.

Solution#1-2:

  1. Close the application Xentry
  2. Delete file name times. properties
  3. Located c:\USERDATA\config\xentry\
  4. properties. ORIG from uninstalled application folder

most probably from Programme / xentry / bin and then Past in c:\USERDATA\config\xentry\

  1. Rename times. properties. ORIG

 

Error Message #2

Error message:

Internal Error (3.17)-3.175

Please contact the Star Diagnosis Call Center

MB-SD-C4-XENTRY-error-02

Solution #2-1

Make sure the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\LicDir\lic_key_2.dat file is NOT set to read only, and completely disconnect from the internet.

Solution #2-2 (require internet connections for work)

  1. Copy C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\LicDir\lic_key_2.dat to the desktop
  2. Rename it to lic_key_2.x4711
  3. Copy it back into the directory. make the lic_key_2.dat file NOT read only, make the lic_key_2.x4711 file READ ONLY.

This seems to keep the nasty error from returning, but still gives the long time for Xentry to close error.

 

Error Message #3

WinLicense error

“This software does not accept more hardware changes. Please contact support@yoursite.com”

Solution #3

  1. Delete the file “lic-key-2” and “x4711” if you have activated your DAS Xentry

software.

  1. Re-activate the Xentry after delete these files
  2. If the error still exists, you have to send your hard drive back to repair.

Error Message #4

[2221-45] No access authorization for XENTRY Diagnostic was found on the server. You must contact the User Help Disk.

Solution #4

  1. Browse to C:\Mercedes-Benz\Xentry\fusoko\eclipse\plugins folder
  2. Delete daimler_xentry.diagservice_1.6_0.2016.07181047 file.

 

Error Message #5

Fault (30.4)

DAS license expired; DAS now will be closed

Solution #5

  1. Open “STAR UTILITES” on desktop.
  2. Provide DAS ID to our customer service. We will send back the Starkey to re-activate the DAS software.
