Mart tool is designed to add new keys and program new keys when all keys lost for Landrover and Jaguar KVM keys with Number FK72 HPLA. Firstly You need to use other devices to read out the D-Flash and EEE data in the KVM, then use Mart tool to generate new key and data, finally write back to KVM.

Procedure:

Dismantle the Jaguar and Land Rover FK72 box.

Open the other device I.E VVDI Pro to follow the wiring diagram to remove the components and welding wire.

Start to read out the D-Flash and EEE data in the KVM.

Reading with VVDI Pro.

Land Rover… RFA encrypted (MC9S12XEQ384)

Here you can see “Chip unencrypted (FE)”, later I will encrypt it.

First read out D-Flash and save, then EEPROM and save.

Load KVM_EEPROM and Load KVM_Dflash.

Choose “Key3” (Unused)

Put the key on the Mart tool key programmer.

Click on “Indentify key” and read out the Key ID.

Click on ” Generate key”.

Save the key info for two times.

The data is processed done, please write back the data.

File, key 3…… Write successfully.

Write the key data for one more time.

Start to encrypt the FE and done.

Blow off the wires with the air gun.

Weld the chip “GND-C” back. PS: this chip is easily broken, please back up more than one piece for replacement.

Put the chip board into the FK72 box.

Plug the FK72 box back to the Range Rover car.

Press the key to start the car.

The car starts successfully.

Yanhua Mini ACDP PC Version User Guide:

Method 1:Bind the ACDP device with the mobile phone, then connect with the PC version and bind the ACDP.

Method 2: Connect the PC via Bluetooth adapter

Method 1:Bind the ACDP device with the mobile phone, then connect with the PC version and bind the ACDP.

1.Connect the ACDP device with a cell phone first, and confirm that the connection is normal (Picture 1). That is, the ACDP device and the phone are connected to the same WIFI. Then exit the APP or untie the device in “Cell phone bound to Mini ACDP device ” (Picture 2 – Picture 3), so that the ACDP device can be bound and connected by another device (PC).

2.Please connect the PC to the same WIFI as the cell phone (selected the one among the following three options)

A.If there is a WIFI access of the PC, please do not use wired network and connect the same WIFI as the cell phone.

B.If the WIFI router connected by cell phone supports both wired and WIFI network, please use wire to connect the PC with the router.

C.If there is NO WIFI access of the PC, please insert a WIFI adapter in the USB port and unplug the network wire of PC, then connect the same WIFI connected by cell phone.

3.Open the ACDP software on PC, and click “Setting”

4.Click ” Bound to Mini ACDP device” on ACDP software interface.

5.Select the corresponding device ID to bind.

Method 2: Connect the PC via Bluetooth adapter

1.Plug the Bluetooth adapter into the PC USB port ( Make sure the driver is installed) and the PC is connected to WIFI.

2.Open ACDP software on the PC desktop.

3.Click on SETTING in the red box as shown in the picture.

4.Click on “Initial use settings ”

5.Press and hold the “SET” button on the ACDP device for 7 seconds until the device buzzer’s sounds, then release the “SET” button and click “Next”.

6.Initial use of settings (WIFI configuration)
If the PC is a laptop with WIFI access function, read 6.1
If the PC is connected through a WIFI router with wired network, read 6.2

6.1：If the PC with WIFI access function, Connect the PC to WIFI.

If the PC without WIFI access function, Connect the WIFI adapter with the PC USB, Connect the WIFI and follow the steps shown as below.

The operation result is shown in the picture as below.

6.2:If the PC without WIFI access function, the PC is connected through a WIFI

router with wired network. Follow the steps shown as below.

7.The software prompts “ACDP device connected to WIFI successfully”, click “OK”.

8.Select the corresponding device ID to bind.

9.Confirm the bound device ID, click “Back”.

10.Confirm that the device is successfully bound and connected.

Mercedes Benz W215 W220 all keys lost, how to program new keys because the job can’t be done via OBD? What you need is one CGDI MB Mercedes Benz key programmer and one CG Pro 9S12 

CGDI MB + CG Pro program Benz W215 W220 all keys lost:

Guide:

1.Check the EIS style and the chiptype.

         Chassis: W220/W215

         EIS Mark: 4J74Y

         Symptom: Lost all keys, can’t start car.

2.Open CG-Pro software, click on “Benz” -> “Anti-theft” -> “EIS 220/215 (HC08)”, follow the built-in wiring diagram to operate.

3.Confirm the adapters are connected well to the CG Pro, computer and the car, then click on “Read”, save the original data, disconnect the cable and restore to the original.

4.Open CG-MB software, load the data read out by CG-Pro, do not modify the file name and then save.

5.Click on “Generate EE”, load the EIS data that was saved before, check the info is correct, click on “Generate key file”, new create folder to save the data.

6.Finally click on “Read & write key”, put the new key into CG-MB device coil, read out the data and erase it. Again open one unused key position key, click on “Write”.

5. 4 Toyota emulators

For the Toyota/Lexus 2007-2016 models, if all smart keys are lost, the instrument table must be removed and the ECU must be replaced. The cost is very high!
This Toyota simulated smart key can generate a Toyota key with P001 programmer in the case of all keys lost, so the ignition switch can be turned on, and then a new smart key can be added and programmed with P001 Programmer.

Simulated key 1 applies to the vehicle with 94/D4 type of smart key;
Simulated key 2 applies to the vehicle with 98 type of smart key;
Simulated key 3 applies to the vehicle with 88/A8 type of smart key;
Simulated key 4 applies to the vehicle with A9 type of smart key;

6. ECU cloning and Instrument activation

Nowadays, many car models’ accessory power supply of the dashboard or audio equipment needs to be activated to enter the boot status through the related module CAN.

However, when the car technician maintains the dashboard / audio equipment, the main unit is out of the CANBUS network so it maybe won’t boot. X300 DP plus” switch activation function” can emulate the CANBUS communication to active the power supply of dashboard / Audio so that it can enter the boot status, then it will test and verify the dashboard and the Audio, also the technician can save money avoiding to purchase many the boot platform and cables of kinds of car models.

How to use obdstar Immo induction coil?

Attach the Induction Coil to the key induction coil, and insert the key or turn ignition on, while Induction Coil red indicator lights up and goes out, indicating the key induction coil is good; the indicator does not illuminate to indicate the key coil is damaged, please check and repair or replace.

FDVI 2018 Reviews:

1.  I ordered one. I had FVDI2014 and 2015 before. This 2018version has the same software versions as the 2015 version except that has updated software for VAG and BMW/Mini. IMMO 4 and 5 key programming is working. Only tested on 2012 Scirocco 2.0 TSi and 2014 Audi A5 2.0T.

   Mercedes software still has bugs for odometer correction. W204 did not work.
   Overall it is good value for money. Not as good as OBDStar X300 DP pad for keys and odometer but has many better functions like programming and calibrations.

2. I bought FVDI 18 software for 577€ in 2015.
   It works well until now (i use Windows 10 and Windows 7).

This article show a step-by-step guide on how to update and active Autek IKey820 car key programmer & code reader.

What you need?

1) AUTEK IKEY 820 key programmer

2) PC with Win10/Win8/Win7/XP

3) USB cable

Preparations:

Install update tool on your PC

If the update tool “AUTEK IKEY 820 Update Tool V1.2 is already installed on your PC before, just skip this chapter. If not, you need to install it. If you do not have the setup file, please ask your distributor for it.

Double click the setup file to start installing the update tool

Click ‘Next’ until the finish window, and click finish button to end the install program. There will be a shortcut icon on the desktop.

AUTEK IKEY 820 Update Tool contains three parts including UPDATE, ACTIVATE and MESSAGE from top to bottom.

Autek IKey820 Upgrade:

Take the following steps to update AUTEK IKEY 820 device:

1) Connect device to PC through USB cable;

2) Open AUTEK IKEY 820 Update Tool in your PC that needs to be on internet;

3) Select the device in list and input the SN (usually completed automatically);

4) Click UPDATE button to start updating, wait until the updating completed.

There is something you need to notice in each step.

1) The device should display “USB SD DISK MODE” when connected to PC through USB cable, if not, please unplug the USB cable and plug again. Do not unplug the USB cable or exit from USB SD DISK MODE.

2) If AUTEK IKEY 820 Update Tool is not installed, please install it first, see detail in chapter 2.

3) The DISK and SN should display automatically if the device is connected to PC. If the DISK has no device to select, please unplug the USB cable and plug again. If the DISK has been selected, but SN is empty, please unplug the USB cable and plug again. If it’s still the same, please input SN yourself. The SN should start with “A-”.

4) It may take several minutes to update, it depends on the speed of your internet.

If there is any problem, it will display on message area, check according to the message and try again.

Here are the pages for updating. The SN is just an example, you should use your own SN.

Autek IKey820 Activation:

Activation means add tokens to your device. If your device runs out of tokens or you want to increase the number of tokens, you can use AUTEK IKEY 820 Update Tool to increase tokens.

Take the following steps to activate AUTEK IKEY 820 device:

1) Supply power to the AUTEK IKEY 820 device through USB/12V DC adapter/OBD.

2) Go to the ACTIVATE menu, you will see a page with steps to activate your device and the REQ CODE which is need in AUTEK IKEY 820 Update Tool to get the ANS CODE.

3) Open AUTEK IKEY 820 Update Tool in your PC.

4) Input the REQ CODE to the AUTEK IKEY 820 Update Tool and click ACTIVATE button, then you will get the ANS CODE

5) Press OK button on the device and there display the page to input ANS CODE.

6) Input the ANS CODE you get in the AUTEK IKEY 820 Update Tool. There are two different

8) You can check your tokens in the ABOUT menu if you activate your device successfully.

Put NO.3 simulated card (Red) into P001 programmer.

Insert the battery and turn on the switch.

Put the simulated card (88/A8 type in Red) into P001 programmer.

Only one seconds later, get message:

Generating simulated card successfully.

Move the simulated card close to the start button and try to light the meter. If you can light up the meter normally, use the simulated card instead of the original car key for the [Add smart key] operation.

Go on [Add smart key] operation.

Almost its flash data same sdd, but you dont need install it because 2017-2018 jlr cars still under dealer warranty……..

Question:

After installing the jaguar land rover connect, the program then try to download the file pathfinder through the updater, which i think is a big file more than 10gb that can not be pause. after system restart the program will start download from beginning. so if i can get a direct link to the Parthfinder software i can use download manager to download it. and again do you know the size of the file.

Answer:

There are no any direct links. You install minimal version that I give and then it give all updates online. There are no any other installers.
And, as pointed above, you must have JLR DoIP to work with Pathfinder

Part 2: How to install Pathfinder & SDD?

A.Click the”技术支持”，then choose the “driver download”（Chinese word seems like “JLR DoIP VCI驱动下载”）You can follow the picture below.

By the way, the password for the driver downlosd: g0f0

B.Please pay more attention to the version of the DoIP VCI driver, it always should be the latest version. So the best you should update the driver without delay.

The connection of DOIPVCI

A.Connect with USB;(It’s easy for you.)

B.Connect with WIFI; (You can choose the Wifi which named “DoIP-VCI-11D4”, and the last four numbers are random.)

1. The Connection between the DoIPVCI and computer

Following the picture below, open the VCI Manager and click the “connect”（Chinese word seems like “连接”）

D.Check the connection status with the computer.

Refer to the figure below, when it shows a green check mark, run is ok.

1. Update of DoIP VCI’ firmware.

Open “VCImanager”;

Then click the “VCI Update”（Chinese word seems like “VCI更新”）;

Click the “start”（Chinese word seems like “开始更新”）and you can get the update progress on the right;

TIPS:

Pay more attention! ! ! When you click the “start”, it cannot be interrupted or stopped. Otherwise the DoIP VCI will be damaged. You can disconnect when it finished.

F.SDD can get the hardware directly, it’s perfect if the icon is green.

PathFinder need to set the network interface.

Log in with account firstly;

Click “cancel”（Chinese word seems like “取消”）;

It doesn’t connect successfully if it shows “SIM””SimFiles”, you should change them into “JLR-JLR-DoIP, D-PDU API by Bosch””86004905”. Now you can use it for diagnosis.

1.)  Success list

– $79, Defu 368A work fine on ” laser key ” , ordering cutter 2 , 2.5 & 3 mm too .

– If you got manual skills you can make good key copy on 368a.

– With new market Chinese ” key case + blade” to cutting , mine never fail one copy !

lot of locksmith hesitate to buy 368a , they lost lot of money for nothing .
2 philosophy , $ 3000 automatic key cutting ( never money back ) and manual key cutting ( $ 150 to 800 ) to fast money back .

– Really cheap and it works good on many types of key.

– works like a rocket with titanium drill (bought from ali)

– no problems as long as you use good quality cutter, NOT the ones that come with it. I use hss instead of carbide with it, seems to work better. As an aside, I am trying to attach space and depth micrometers to it to cut keys by dimension without depth keys. Not a priority, but would be nice to be able to do that.

– I’ve done lots of keys with it. bought the carbide cutters and needed 3 of them for cutting a key. not good at all.

But with titanium cutter is good. I am using it for mobile cutting only. Worth all the money.

– use only for hobi and satisfied with this machine.

– I think is ok. I own one and I modified the engine. Now it works at 12 v dc

– can copy normal key like toyota mitsubishi, and flat keys like bmw and vag etc. check defu key cutter on youtube. For some keys you may need additional clamps like tibbe etc but search defu key cutting and you will see.

– I made key for kia pocanto. It is smooth I also ordered separate clamps for tibbe keys and a full set pf cutters.

-Doing double sided flat keys buy a universal key clamp and cut it up as in picture 1. (universal clamp won’t do these keys)
drill 2.5 mm holes for clamp screws and use 3mm tap to run threads picture 2.

Recently,some customers feedback that their FVDI 2015 or 2015 devices were locked.

The symptoms show as below:

1.FVDI device can not work

If the pc cannot detecting any fvdi’s then the LPC1788 processor was erased ( the Quickloader v6.3 will erase the LPC processor ).

always erasing are the following two address: 0x00000000-0x00047FFF or 0x00000000-0x0007FFFF

After the FVDI died because there are no has a BOOT sector and the some firmware rows.

2.) if you cannot bought any FVDI’s from FLY Company, then the pc will go to internet then always erasing all FVDI LPC processors by FLY server !!!!!

3.) I solved all algorithms to fvdi firmware encrypting/decrypting and now i looking the 8bytes key to v2015 version.

3. Megane 2 UCH 4L91N add card in used position, Card not start the car, i program over OBD but remote did not work.

Need change the new one and program by OBD. All OK.

Better than the older version that many people think bad.

This is the reason why you cannot decode Lexus by Condor mini-xc key cutting machine..

Condor MINI usually decode/cut key as the standard thickness 3mm, if the key is single side(thickness no more than 3mm, such as 2.5mm or 2mm)

then you should add a shim(such as business card) under the key, let the key thickness more than 3mm (around 3mm).
